- General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ MBA in finance.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (Architect): Bachelor’s degree in Architect.
- Assistant Manager (Town Planner): Bachelor’s degree in Architect/Civil Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- JE (Civil): Must have passed 3 years of Diploma course in Civil Engineering.
- Land Officer: The candidate should have worked in the Revenue/ Land/ E-State Department.
